Day 2

Hey, it's the second day in Melbourne and everything going pretty well. Today, we had been split into different groups and we had the opportunity to interract with the different students. My group had students from several countries such as australia and it was a really good time for us to get to know other people's culture. My mentor, Ryen, was really friendly as he tried to bond the whole group together. Even though we were complete strangers, he did his utmost to allow us to feel comfortable in our own group. The events that we went through included, mini olympics and a tour around Melbourne university. During the mini olympics, I had the confidence which i did not have yesterday to take the initiative and volunteer for the games. And today was really a day where confidence was a major improvement for me, and I am really looking forward to tomorrow to further build up my interaction and confidence in my group!
