Hello everyone, today was FUN! We hit the beach today and it was more of a day off for the whole of summer school. A two hour bus trip to Mornington Peninsula rewarded us with not just a near-perfect sea view, but also one of the most memorable day in the fortnight.
We started by playing ball games and taking wonderful pictures of the sea, followed by a fun time by the sea. A first try at a "sand spa" was relaxing which resulted in a sunburn to only my face. Lunch by the sea was pretty cool as we enjoyed the view and the sea breeze.
Later on we went for a simple shop around Mornington and another trip to ChinaTown. Souveniors and other relatively " cheap" items were bought and we had a wonderful experience.
Today really helped the group to blow off some steam, and i think we managed to get some idea of Australia's nightlife. They seemed to have their late night shopping on Friday and weekends for them are to just chill and hang out.
A truely memorable exeperience today, one of the best at the Summer School yet. With that i end my post today. G'night everyone.
